Emmefood is looking for young talent to drive innovation in sustainable food

A month of free training to turn food by-products into business and career opportunities

Emmefood is taking part in ChallengEat – Cesena4Talents, the completely free online innovation workshop for young people under 34 who want to enter the world of the sustainable food industry.

The challenge: 8 May to 8 June 2025

Take part as a team to devise an innovative food product using ingredients derived from vegetable waste, complete with an industrialisation plan. A real-world project for those studying or working in:

• Food technology
• Engineering (food, management, industrial)

Why apply:

• Practical experience with leading companies in the sector
• Weekly mentoring sessions with experts
• Job opportunities with direct interviews, regardless of the outcome of the challenge
• Completely free (worth €400)

The initiative includes a visit to the Emmefood plant in Cesena and the MACFRUT trade fair in Rimini.
